  • EVCC are designed individually and customer-specific. — All of the products are certified and meet high standards in quality and reliability.

EVCC is designed to control single-phase electric drives of the fire suppression water supply valves. Cabinet allows opening and closing of the valves in automatic and manual modes, valve position control, water level in reservoir control or initiating valves from the external controls.

Valve control in automatic mode is done by signals from valve initiating devices and level indicators, with monitoring and displaying conditions with light indicators, as well as on the operator’s panel with interpreted data and signal transferring to external systems.

Manual mode is done through use of buttons and indicators located on the door of a cabinet, as well as on the operator’s panel.

According to Russian national standard GOST 53325-2012 EVCC ensures:

  • Monitoring integrity of power supply unit of motor operated valve, and integrity of input circuits of level sensors and of fire alarm pull station for circuit opening and short circuiting.
  • Displaying “Power”, “Automatics disabled”, “Valve opened”, “Valve closed” “Emergency” modes using inbuilt light indicators as well as on operator’s panel (HMI). Displaying other modes is also available, depending on the technical design assigned.
  • Transferring “Emergency”, “Automatics disabled”, “Valve opened”, “Valve closed” condition data, as well as possibility to get any other condition data of the controlled object and transferring it to external circuits.
  • Log history for up to 10000 messages.

EVCC is supplied with relay-type control unit, or can be supplied with a full-scale industrial control unit to interact with external fire alarm control and indicating equipment using standard industrial communications protocols.

Use of controlling equipment within EVCC allows to integrate them into single supervisory control system and collect data from the execution units and mechanisms (SCADA).

Commutation can be selected based upon the project’s budget. Environmental rating not lower than IP54.

Completing units, enhancing or reducing functional is possible at the stage of technical design, with all the requirements of standard and technical documentation met.
