Smoke ventilation control cabinet

SVCC is designed to control single- or three-phase blast engine or exhaust fan of smoke ventilation system electric motors either in “Manual release” mode from the front control panel of the SVCC or caused to operate by signals from external control systems in “Automatic release” mode, with fans’ status displayed with light indication, or from the operator’s panel with interpreted data and signal transferring to external systems, SVCC can also be optionally equipped with controls for electric heater.

Connection diagram for the SVCC can be chosen based on the customer’s need: direct start, star-delta, frequency transformer starting or with smooth starting device.

With integrated 24 V industrial power source with redundant power supply.

According to Russian national standard GOST 53325-2012 SVCC ensures:

• Monitoring integrity of power supply unit of fan motor, and integrity of input circuits of flow sensor for circuit opening and short circuiting.
• Displaying “Power”, “Automatics disabled”, “Fan enabled”, “Emergency” modes using inbuilt light indicators as well as on operator’s panel (HMI). Displaying other modes is also available, depending on the technical design assigned.
• Transferring “Emergency”, “Automatics disabled”, “Fan enabled” condition data, as well as possibility to get any other condition data of the facility and transferring it to external circuits.
• Log history for up to 10000 messages.

SVCC is supplied with relay-type control unit, or can be supplied with a full-scale industrial control unit to interact with external fire alarm control and indicating equipment using standard industrial communications protocols.

Use of controlling equipment within SVCC allows to integrate them into single supervisory control system and collect data from the execution units and mechanisms (SCADA).

Commutation can be selected based upon the project’s budget. Environmental rating not lower than IP54.

Completing units, enhancing or reducing functional is possible at the stage of technical design, with all the requirements of standard and technical documentation met.
